AAP leader Raghav Chadha said Delhi has the lowest inflation rate among all states in India, thanks to the welfare schemes implemented by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He cited the figures of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for August 2023, which showed that the CPI for Delhi stood at 6.46%, while the national average was 6.83%. Chadha said that the welfare schemes, such as free education, free healthcare, and free water, have helped to keep the cost of living low in Delhi.
